Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our service.

Welcome to Aevio Health. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aevio Health conversational longevity agent, the underlying MCP server, the chat interface, and any related features. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Using the service
Aevio Health is a personal longevity agent that captures meals, training, supplements, and biometric signals through natural-language dialogue and replies with context-aware suggestions grounded in your vault. You may use the service only as permitted by law and these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access if you fail to comply or if we reasonably suspect misuse.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your magic-link authentication and any session cookies. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account secure.
3. Your vault and ownership
You retain full ownership of your vault — meals, training sessions, supplements, biometric history, uploaded documents, and any content you create through the conversation with the agent. You can export it as JSON or CSV at any time and delete it at any time.
By using the service, you grant Aevio Health a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your vault solely to operate the service: persist data, sync across devices, generate agent replies, and provide the features you request. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train any model.
4. Not medical advice
Aevio Health is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for professional medical advice.
The agent surfaces signals from your vault and may suggest next actions related to nutrition, training, recovery, or supplementation based on data you have provided. These suggestions are informational. Decisions about treatment, medication, supplement regimens, or training programs in the presence of medical conditions must be made with your physician, registered dietitian, or qualified coach. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
5. Prohibited uses
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Bypass rate limits or authentication checks
- Reverse-engineer the agent or scrape internal APIs
- Resell, sublicense, or expose access to third parties without consent
- Inject prompts intended to extract another user's data
- Submit malicious payloads, viruses, or automated abuse
- Use the service to make medical decisions for others
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
6. Subscription and payments
Aevio Health may offer paid plans. If you use a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which may be charged where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your vault from the settings page or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your data is removed within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
We provide the service using reasonable skill and care. However, we do not promise specific outcomes for your health, performance, or longevity. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including the accuracy of data you log and the quality of upstream wearable signals.
Other than as expressly set out in these Terms, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aevio Health and its operators will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses, or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Aevio Health for any claims under these Terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros (€100), whichever is greater.
10. Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fourteen days after they are posted. Changes required for legal reasons or to address new functionality may be effective immediately.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy, except where local consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
